Little Melody Co provides personalised digital products, including custom children's songs and optional animated videos, made specifically for each order based on the details you provide.

• All products are made to order based on the details submitted by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted (name spelling, pronunciation, and details) is accurate.

• Full payment is required before any work begins.
• Orders are only processed after successful payment.

• Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds are not offered once work has started.
• If a customer has not yet submitted their order form or work has not begun, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• One small revision is included with each order.
• Revisions must be reasonable, such as small wording changes.
• Major changes or full rewrites may incur an additional charge.

• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
• Rush orders apply only after the order form has been fully submitted.

• Customers must provide complete and accurate information.
• Little Melody Co is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted.

• Songs and videos are for personal use only.
• Commercial use is not permitted unless agreed separately in writing.
